Background Information
This is a success message. However, if the
e-mail does not go through and there isn't an error
message following the "Recipient OK", the receiving
server may be using "Tarpitting".

Tarpitting is an anti-spam technique often used by
Microsoft Exchange email servers and other mail
servers--but it is always done at the receiving end.
What is odd, is that Recipient OK is a success
message. On rare occasions, the actual error message
isn't given!
Much less likely, a similar message can be caused by
a router problem, also at the receiving end.
Only Tech Support at the receiving end can confirm
what is causing the error.
Success Message:
One example: "250 Recipient
<Someone@somewhere.com> OK"--without an error
message following.
Resolution:
Only Tech Support at the receiving end can
confirm what is causing the error. This
"Success Message" confirms receipt of your e-mail at
the destination; our mail server is working
properly. Contact Evans at 403 796-2523, or by
