Sometimes, the receiving e-mail server is down or not connecting properly to
the Internet. When that happens, the following error message may be
received.
| Sorry, your message from <yourname@yourdomain.net> to
<receiversname@receiversdomain.com> could not be delivered. The
specific error is: 451 4.3.2 Please try again later
12 attempts will be made to re-send your e-mail. Each attempt
will be 4 hours apart. |
Our system is working as it should. Over the next two days, repeated
attempts to deliver the mail will be made. If the message does not get
through, you will receive another error message.
Resolution:
- Wait, or phone the recipient and let them know their e-mail is down.
